Short Opinion essay (practice 4)

Academic works in groups aren´t fair with students. Sometimes students have to look for a group at the beginning of the course because they have to do a work and an exposition about the project to the class. If they are lucky, they will choose a group that worries about doing the best work. Neverthless, it doesn´t usually happen, so they have to do more work than the rest if they want to get a high mark.
Firstly, each member of a group has his own way of working and in a group he has to do what the majority wants. This situation is difficult for a student because it affects directly his motivation and creativity.
Moreover, in a team, there are always hard-working people and, in contrats, lazy people. It isn´t fair that people who are responsible with their studies are affected by people who don´t worry about their future. Furthermore, these troubles can harm students final marks, in spite of improve them.
In my opinion, doing a work and a presentation alone woul be better for pupils than to do it in groups, because each person has his own idea and creativity to do the project, and thus he or she can show it.

Short problem/solution (practice 3)

Nowadays, there are many teenagers who don´t want to study or to get a job. They don´t think about their future and don´t find their vocation. To my mind, parents and teachers could help them to determine or decide what to do and thus remedying tis kind of problems.
During my highschool time, I met many classmates who were studying because they were forced by their parents. They always failed their exams, didn´t pay attencion in class and retaked many subjects. They weren´t motivated and, therefore, they wasted their time.
In my opinion, the solution begins in parents. If parents are more interested in their sons and daughters tastes and improve their attitude and education, they probably will find their vocation and will get a degree or find some job. Moreover, they would be motivated and they would take advantage of their performance. Furthermore, this problem could be caused by more factors, such as the life style, self-confidence, the bad or good influences or a broken home. Neverthless, when you have problems, you feel better if you can count on your mother, your father, your brother or you best friend. People need someone they trust.
To sum up, young people who don´t find their vocation and are unmotivated, should be helped by their family and friends to take different opinions and chose their future.

INTRODUCTION/CONCLUSION: fever of selfies

'Selfie' is the most famous word of the year. The portraits made by himself with mobiles and cameras have become a phenomenon in social networks. Firstly celebrities used self-portrait as a way to promote them and spread what they do. Nowadays, 'taking a selfie' has increased up to the point that people who travel, work, go out, meet friends or do anything, has need of making it public and showing that it is true. Some psychologists associate this fact with a lack of self-esteem, a search of interaction with people around, or a intention of creating a kind of visual diary. Moreover, sometimes it can be adictive.

To sum up, more and more people take a selfie. This fact is known worldwide and it is published in social networks each day to create a status and make himself known. This happening sometimes is not beneficial because it can cause disorders.
